The royal wells hotel offers comprehensive facilities for Conferences, Seminars and Business Meetings and our staff are experienced in meeting the wide range of requirements called for by such events. Below you will find an outline of the facilities available, although when planning such an event it is advisable to contact our Conference and Function Coordinator to accommodate your exact requirements.<br>
<h2>A choice of three conference venues</h2>
The Ephraim Suite forms the main conference venue for the hotel. At the rear of the hotel, on the ground floor, it provides a large and flexible meeting area. With newly improved lighting and polished oak floor it makes a fine setting for presentations, seminars and lectures, as well as boardroom, theatre or classroom style conferences.<br>
<h2>The alexandra room</h2>
The Alexandra Room is superbly suited for the smaller presentation, lecture, seminar or board meeting.<br>
The Alexandra Room used in conjunction with The Conservatory forms the The Executive Meeting Suite. An ideal combination as the light and airy Conservatory provides a separate area for the hospitality facilities - where coffee and tea breaks may be taken, lunch served, or for an informal syndicate session. This eliminates the need to move around the hotel to access different services, meaning the flow of the meeting is not disturbed.<br>

The Royal Wells hotel as food has earned a good reputation for quality food, being freshly prepared to order using the best seasonally available produce. Depending on your exact requirements, food can either be taken as a buffet in the Conference Room you are utilising or you may adjourn to either the Conservatory Restaurant or the wells Brasserie. The Brasserie has specially designed tables which lock together to provide seating for up to eighteen people. If your meeting extends over more than one day or starts particularly early, take advantage of the Twenty-Four Hour Delegate Rate which includes an evening meal, overnight accommodation and full english breakfast.
