Extensive Wine Cellar
Bar with comfortable Lounge Area
Quality food at The royal wells hotel
The Royal Wells Hotel has earned a reputation for quality food, being freshly prepared to order using the best seasonally available produce and served with friendly efficiency.
This has been reflected by the AA awarding the hotel two Rosettes in recognition of
"a high standard of food that demonstrates a serious, dedicated approach to cooking"
A fine collection of wines from around the world
An extensive wine cellar compliments the high standard of cuisine and this, together with the delightful surroundings, make The Royal Wells a popular eating place for guests and non-residents alike.
The conservatory restaurant
Eating in the superb Conservatory Restaurant, with its intimate lounge bar, is sure to be one of the highlights of your stay here. The restaurant consists of two areas - the Alexandra Room forms the lounge, a quiet and relaxed place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and appetiser while deciding what to eat. French doors lead out to the Conservatory itself, which is light and airy, with trailing foliage and hanging baskets and an appealing view over the town and common. The Conservatory Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
The wells brasserie
With a livelier atmosphere than the Conservatory Restaurant, the Wells Brasserie still maintains the same standard of food preparation and service and is a relaxing place to enjoy an informal meal.
The Bar
The very popular bar with its comfortable lounge areas, real ale and well-stocked shelves, is where you can relax for morning coffee or enjoy a pre-meal drink. The Wells Brasserie and Bar underline the hotel's hospitable reputation.
