The royal Wells hotel has many years of experience in providing for weddings and wedding receptions. We understand that each wedding is unique, so feel free to contact our wedding Coordinator Dee Short to discuss your individual requirements or to arrange to view the hotel's facilities and take in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
At the royal Wells hotel we will endeavour to help you make your day as special as possible. To aide you in your decisions we have outlined the services we offer below.<br>
<h2>A choice of three reception venues</h2>
<b>The Cavalier room</b> is superbly suited for larger wedding receptions and evening parties. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people on a formal top table and sprig arrangement, up to 70 people with a round table format and 120 Reception with Informal Tables. The Cavalier room also has its own private bar.<br>

<b>The Alexandra room</b> with its beautiful Victorian splendour, is ideally suited for an intimate family wedding reception of up to 25 people. The Alexandra room has been approved for Civil Marriage Ceremonies and used in conjunction with the Conservatory can accommodate up to 80 people for the Ceremony.<br>
<br>
<b>The Conservatory</b> with its light and airy feel, trailing foliage and view over the town and common is a splendid setting in which to hold a smaller wedding reception of up to 35 people.<br>

Whatever your choice, be it sherry, Bucks Fizz, Pimms Cup or Fruit Punch, we will arrange the arrival drinks to welcome your guests.<br>
<h3>quality catering</h3>
The food at The royal Wells hotel has earned a reputation for quality and being freshly prepared using the best seasonally available produce. The royal Wells offers six wedding menus to choose from: an a la Carte menu from which you may pick three dishes for each course and five delicious buffet menus. Should you have any vegetarian or special dietary requirements these can be met given prior notice.<br>

We can organise your table decorations, coordinating flowers, napkins and table drapes to your colour scheme. We can also produce your agreed table plan and place names.<br>

We can arrange your wedding cake for you, this can be your own design or you can select from the varied types available.<br>
<h3>A fine collection of wines from around the world</h3>
We have a wide selection of red and white sparkling wines and champagnes from all around the world. Of course, there may be a particular wine you prefer, we will do our best to accommodate.<br>

Arrangements can be made for the toasting, either the traditional champagne or drink of your choice.<br>

Depending on your preference, we can arrange for either a live band or a disco for your party.<br>
<h3>The honeymoon suite</h3>
The royal Wells Honeymoon Suite has a beautiful antique four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom including a deep luxurious Victorian soaking tub and shower. Also included is a bottle of Champagne, flowers and a Continental Breakfast which may be taken in your room, or a full English breakfast which may be taken in the Wells Brasserie.<br>
<h3>For the guests</h3>
If any of your guests are travelling some distance, they could consider overnight or weekend accommodation at the hotel.<br>
