The Ephraim Suite is superbly suited for larger wedding receptions and evening parties. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 90or up to 120 with a more informal round table seating plan. The Ephraim Suite also has its own private bar. There is also access to our Garden through the Ephraim which is ideal for wedding receptions.
The Alexandra Room, with its beautiful Victorian splendor, is ideally suited for an intimate family wedding reception up to 50 people. The Alexandra Room has been approved for Civil Marriage Ceremonies and, used in conjunction with the Conservatory, can accommodate up to 80 people for the ceremony.
The Conservatory with its light and airy feel and view over the town and common is a splendid setting in which to hold a smaller wedding reception of up to 35 people.

We will serve an arrival drink of your choice to reception guests.
Reception Menu
The food at The Royal Wells Hotel has a well-deserved reputation for quality, and is always freshly prepared using the best seasonally available produce. We offer an inclusive wedding package or five wedding menus to choose from: an a la Carte menu from which you may pick three dishes for each course and four delicious buffet menus. Should you have any vegetarian or special dietary requirements these can be met given prior notice. Tables
We can organise your table decorations, coordinating flowers, napkins and table drapes to your colour scheme. We can also produce your agreed table plan and place names.
Cake Service
We offer a wedding cake service, which can either be your own design or selected from the various options available.
Champagne and Wines
The hotel stocks a wide selection of fine wine and champagne from around the world. Please let us know if there is a particular wine you would like served and we try to cater for this.
Entertainment
Depending on your preference, we can arrange for either a live band or a disco for your reception.
The Honeymoon Suite
We offer a Honeymoon Package which includes a beautiful sleigh bed and deep luxurious Victorian soaking tub and shower, and full English breakfast served either in your room or in the restaurant. A bottle of champagne and flowers are also included in the room. The full package is £200.00 for the room per night.
